HOW DOES THIS WORK?

If you are interested in obtaining our legal defense services, please contact our office for an appointment. We can schedule you for a free consultation, which usually takes 30-60 minutes. This important meeting allows us to discuss the circumstances of your case and discuss potential defenses, expectations, and  legal fees. If Luke is a good fit, then you pay the retainer, and we sign a contract. 

 

Next we go to court together for an Arraignment docket. This is a very brief court appearance (usually lasting only a few seconds). At this time, a future court date is set, and we are free to leave until that next scheduled appearance.
